Baked Cheese and beef Lasagna

Ingredients:

โ€ข Lasagne

Red Sauce
* Crushed tomato – 2 cans
* Ground beef – 1/2 kilo
* Oyster sauce
* Olive oil (any oil)
* ground pepper
* chopped onion
* minced garlic
* salt
* italian seasoning

White Sauce

* All Purpose cream – 2 Pouch
* Fresh milk – 1 Pouch or evap milk – small can
* Butter
* salt and pepper

Cheese
* Mozzarella
* low fat cheese ( eden cheese)
* quickmelt cheese (best if available)

Instructions:

” Make sure your hands are clean before preparing”

Preheat oven to 175 ยฐC or 347ยฐF
25 minutes – with foil cover
200 ยฐC 8-10 minutes – without foil (until the top layer change to golden brown in color)

” let it cool down for 20mins before serving.”

Red Sauce

* Saute garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil (any oil) until aromatic
* Add ground beef and seasoned with salt and pepper cover for about 5 minutes
* Add crushed tomatoes, seasoned with oyster sauce, italian seasoning , salt and pepper(depending on your taste) cover until cooked and set aside

White Sauce

* Melt butter in a pan and add netle cream, fresh milk or (evap milk) and seasoned with salt and pepper..(depending on your taste)
* Mix thoroughly until first boil then remove

Layering

1 lasagna sheet
2 red sauce
3 cheese
4 White sauce

“last layer is White sauce with cheese”

* cover with foil for 25 minutes
