This is a taste test/review of two Mountain House Freeze Dried meals including Italian Style Pepper Steak and Beef Stroganoff with Noodles.
* The Italian Style Pepper Steak was $9.79 at Sportsman’s Warehouse. 1 ½ cups (65g) = 240 calories
* The Beef Stroganoff with Noodles was $8.94 at Walmart. 1 cup (57g) = 260 calories
