Curry is our everyday food here in Kerala and we absolutely love it. But sometimes you crave something familiar too.
Today that looked like Italian meatballs and pasta, made with what we have,
a few swapped tools, and one very enthusiastic human food processor 🧅🍅😄.
What I love is how similar cuisines can be, the same fresh ingredients, simple cooking methods and sharing meals with those you love. Just different flavours and spice levels.
