    Ingredients
    – ground beef,
    – mild Italian sausage
    – ground pork
    – ground panchetta,
    – ground proscuiutto
    -3 eggs
    – parmigiano
    – diced onion, minced Italian parsley,minced basil, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, and sage, and a little flour
    – dried italian bread soaked in milk and water for 30 min

    Would you please share the weights of ( beef, sausage, pork, panchetta, proscuiutto) ?
