I visited Napoli on The Road in West London, one of the best pizza places in the World.

    The Margherita looks too soft and fluffy – like you were eating a cake. Did you feel it was like that? You mentioned it was very light. I think an authentic Napoletana pizza should be slightly more chewy. Do you agree?
