You asked how much pasta was.
In Canada ($1 Canadian = $1.08 Australian), the store I frequent has molisana pasta for $3 Canadian usually.
Sometimes they offer it for $2.50 or even $2, so when it’s on sale that’s when I buy more 😊
To compare: Barilla cost around the same or sometimes $2.50, despite it has less pasta in the box and isn’t as good of quality.

So I did some maths / calculations 😅
Long story short:
pasta with the passata and soffrito, side of vegetables (if you wish).
With meat = $4.5 Canadian.
With tuna = $3 Canadian
Long story short: so much cheaper than any restaurant pasta, and likely better quality and better flavour if done right 🙂
