  2. I like the idea of frying the pizza first and will try that next. But usually I let the dough sit in olive oil inside the skillet over night or all day. It gets crispy and crunchy on the bottom as well when it bakes. I worked at places with deep dish pizzas and they soaked in oil in the pans all day until baked and sold.

  3. To each his own. I preheat pan when I cook it in there and just throw it straight in the oven and how I do it. But also make my own pizza dough and sauce, cough cough.

  5. Absolute trash!! You can make your own pizza dough at home with five ingredients in about 15-20 minutes. F*** all that processed b***** you're buying from the grocery store

  6. You should try letting the dough rise a bit next time. It probably be a big improvement on the dough.

  7. 😂 that ain’t the best way to make a pizza. It’s a unique/universal way of making a pizza. Looks good to eat especially when you can’t afford a pizza oven and you’re in the south.
