Recipe:-⬇️
1. To make pizza dough, take one cup of lukewarm water, 1 tbsp sugar 1 & 1/4 tbsp of yeast 1 tsp backing powder 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup milk.
2. Rest it aside for 10 minutes.
3. Take a 2 cup of maida,and add yeast water and make a soft dough.
4. Add some refined oil or butter and kneed until aata become smooth.
5. Rest it aside for 40 mins.
6.Take small portion of dough and make roti shape using hands.
7. Pinch it using fork and add pizza pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, veggies of your choice and lots of cheese.
8. Bake it for 10-15 minutes.
9. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano and enjoy.😉
