  1. Guy is a pig. He purposely licks his fingers, double dips, sticks his spitty fingers into a pan of food, &
Voila! Spit germs spread throughout the main dish.
Watching him is disheartening, especially with him being a so called chef. When he’s cooking,
    Can you imagine what else
    You’re eating? Besides, he
Thinks he’s funny while dipping fingers into food.

  2. Every so often you see a block of triple D and think, "Damn! I've gotta make that!"
Red pepper chicken pesto sandwich – oh yea!
Thank you Food Network social media for another awesome episode.

  3. I love that they put in a baking soda slurry to help with browning… A very overlooked step when browning ground beef

  4. Big props to the restaurant… Italian street food sure but I wonder how much they charge for a plate of 2 of these just saying

  5. Ahhhh… no. You want great Italian you go to Mangia Napoli in Elmhurst. Three brothers classically trained that cook EVERYTHING. All the soups done daily. All the salad dressing done from scratch. Every dish is perfection! The mom sometimes pop in too 🙂
