  5. If the dough is not stretching easily, this maybe the result of low hydration or the fermentation time is not long enough.

  6. This guy sucks at stretching dough don't use these methods if trying to learn for a pizza shop you will be looked at like you're crazy and will be fired

  7. What he is not telling you is you need to stretch the ends of the dough do jot stretch the middle .

  8. I was taught to focus more on the edges when you stretch so you can avoid making the center too thin ( and ripping ) and not have so much excess dough on the edges 👍
