Student at CIA, awesome to watch your show. It is funny, I just got back from Italy, went to the BArolo region and had a nice one paired with fresh white truffles risotto, and tagliolini. My favorite wine from Italy by far. Good stuff man.
I just started my own batch of Barolo and wanted to hear some other opinions. I just have to say that was the best wine review I've ever seen. Can't wait to see your other episodes. cheers!
A friend wanted a quick class on Barolos and Barbarescos. Never have given these wines the attention they merit. Until now. Thanks to your informative and fun vids, both she and I have made the discovery.
The Wrestling references are very funny, subtle, and oddly Omni present from the Sheik to Hogan haha. Your enthusiasm us much appreciated and very refreshing
Gary, love the show. I've learned a lot that I know of wine (not much yet) from you. I wanted to know more about Barolos, so I Youtubed it…and there's WLTV. Thanks for the show and the info and mostly for the attitude about sharing information and synergistic economic relationships.
I've been a lurker for a while, but it's mainly because I don't know if you still follow the old WLTV comments.
Going to Piemonte in few months, and gona visit some producers and buy some to home, nice.. Big fan of Piemonte. Have visited there countless times and got to go back time to time, lol
Funny thing, but one of the best Barolos I ever had was a seemingly lackluster 2002 La Zolla. Somehow it aged so well, it tasted more like a 25-30 yr old wine, very complex, exceptional deep ruby color, with a mouthwatering dry finish. If you ever come across that bottle, I'd like to hear your opinion
So glad I found your show! I'm a student at vcu and I work at a little Sicilian restaurant so I'm trying to learn as much as possible. We sell a lot of Nero d'avola, barbera, montepulciano , Chianti.. We have one primitivo by papale that's really popular w customers too. Any tips on where to start w Italian wines are much appreciated. Thanks !
13 years ago and look how popular Barolo’s are in 2020! Gary is the man. I am so greatful for wine 🍷 Library TV. I have learned so much about wine from this show. WLTV is entertaining, educational and inspirational. Hearing that the first episode had 8 viewers on gives me a lot of hope for future not just for wine library, Gary Vay-ned-chuck but for myself because it shows the change and growth that can be made with hard work, passion and determination. Side note would be love and support of a great father! Sasha is a true OG and I am blessed to have an opportunity to learn and interact with Wine Library and it’s community. Cheers to Sasha, Gary and everyone at Wine Library and their family and friends. 🍷🥂🍾 Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas to you all. 2020

Omg – where has this channel been all my life?
Yes,I do like free stuff and love to win things. I watched your video so, send me a bottle of some nice Barolo wine. 🙂

You should have changed your glass each time you tasted a different wine, period,,,,,

Dude, rather than wasting so much good wine rinsing one glass, it's cheaper to get more glasses.
you are a fucking mess.
Me sirvieron mucho tus comentarios, hoy tengo una cata vertical de barolos y la referencia es muy buena. Saludos!
I love traditional Roman Cacio e Pepe with a nice Barolo to break that butterness in the dish. In fact, Barolo goes well with just about anything

How long were these bottles open before you tasted them? I drink a lot of Barolo and find that 2 hours at 62F is perfect.
Love Barolo. Had Ciabot Berton Roggeri 2010… AWESOME. $37
this was excellent
Very funny R.S. agrees
Glad to see the Brovia do well, although they're not the most famous Barolo producer, they are one of my favorites!
Great review. Remember guys, Barolo needs Food, otherwise it is a completely different experience

Hello from Covid-19 2021!
Loved that you appreciate the characteristics of the wine even if they aren’t your favorite!
