Por fin ! Un buen pan en casa!!!
I have tried bout 3 recipes that include yeast from AllRecipes and I'm sad to say they never turn out well…so as much as this looks appetizing pretty sure mine won't turn out this well
Looks delish and soft.
I would put bread in the freezer to store, if you want to save it indefinately. I would try to
use it all as soon as you can or give it about 4-6 days. This looks good I can't wait to try it! As for storing it, I recommend a large clear plastic zip lock bag or sealed tupperware.
If I baked this on a pizza stone would it be crispier
for the oil i reccomend adding crushed garlic cloves with the oil in a saute pan and also adding red pepper flakes, salt, parmesan cheese, and some parsley. its really amazing for the bread
Great recipe. Doing this for a long time now. Only change I will suggest is, leave the bread for 1/1.5 hours or unless it doubles in size, for the first proofing. For the second proofing, half hour is good enough. Brush with olive oil immediately after the bread comes out of the oven.
