300ml Heavy/Whipping cream
3 tsp Icing sugar

Whip until soft peaks form.

3.4 Final Cream Mixture:
Fold the whipped cream gently into the mascarpone-egg yolk mixture.

4. Assembly Steps:
Spread a layer of creamy mixture in your serving dish.
Dip ladyfinger cookies quickly into the coffee dip and place over the cream layer.
Add another layer of creamy mixture.
Repeat another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
Finish with a final layer of creamy mixture on top.

5. Finishing Touch:
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, dust generously with unsweetened cocoa powder.
