  1. You had to put bacon and truffle on it to cover up the fact that you are serving baked starch. This should have been titled doing something stupid because I can.

  2. Nice idea but unfortunately it doesn't fit your authentic pizza channel at all. You can show that you can do it this way, but then it has nothing to do with real pizza. I already found it difficult with the colored dough, but you can do it for fun. I hope you continue with the “classic” ones in the future.

  6. Funny. Great experience too. But not balanced out yet.
    What about whipping the mass first and he poor the spuma into the molds to bake it? I’m almost certain that the end product will not be hollow.
    May whip egg whites and then add the hot kudzu mass slowly together (?).
    – Don’t forget salt!
    May be you need a pinch of sugar so that the egg white won’t shift (?). But may be you can solve this with adding some starch (?).
