  1. I’ve made broccoli pasta and have used gorgonzola in the sauce. While in the tuna pasta with tomatoes, I add a diced zucchini.

  2. Does anyone else make pasta dishes based on whatever is in season or available? Mushroom season, make mushroom sauce. Summer tomato season? Make pasta with tomatoes (and basil!) from the garden. Same for asparagus, zucchini, etc. Even salmon or crab (sometimes here it is cheaper than chicken); make salmon or crab pasta!

  5. I’ve been making your pasta broccoli for lunch for a while now and I love it. I lost 26 pounds and that lunch was a staple of the diet. Can’t beat it. That and your cherry tomato pasta which the kids can’t get enough of.

  6. Omg that cream carbonara! I can't spell the Italian name for that type of bacon but to me it looks like bacon fries! I love bacon! I love cream sauces! And I'm a pasta girl no rice or potatoes for me! This one is my trifecta! I can't wait to make it.
    Also, I live in USA and I've never seen canned cherry tomatoes, anyone know where I can source them?

    But pasta is very bland when compared with Chinese staples like mixed fried rice sichuan noodles or Indian cuisine like Biryani Pulao etc

    All u get is cheesy taste and pepper

    Thats just below avg seasoning

    Still no pasta combined with döner. Or shoarma/shwarma.

    I noticed canboli can be combined with sweet cream.

    How about using cannoli shells filled with shwarma meat and sweet garlic sauce?

    Alltough it isn't strictly Italian it still is mediterranean.

    Just a crazy idea😅

  11. Tremendous tremendous video Vincenzo. One thing. Be VERY VERY careful how you say "bring happiness into your life" for instance pronounce the "H", and do not stress the "P". As a fan of you swearing in Italian, not as "aPPy" for you to unintentionally demonetize with an accidental pronunciation.

  12. i have one question why do you need to add salt to the pasta (not fresh) in the water when cooking? I made some today and didnt add salt to it. Added it later in a bowl with some sause and it tasted better then ever?

Last year I made the pasta with salmon for my parents on Christmas Eve and it was a huge hit – my 90-year old mother had not been eating well before but she ate her entire serving, and asked for more. 😊 Thank you for sharing all of your recipes, and many blessings to you and your family.

  16. From the USA. Thank you, Vincenzo. After watching you make all these delicious sauces, I have subscribed to your UTube channel. Each recipe looked easy to make. I plan on making some of them. You also reminded me of my grandma Candida who would only use Pecorino romano grated cheese.
