HOT ITALIAN TEMPEH / TOFU SAUSAGE RECIPE:

WHITE PIZZA:
Makes 4 large white pizzas.

1 medium head Cauliflower, quarter cut
5 -8 garlic cloves
2 cups water, boil until soft and blend with
1 cup Nutritional yeast
150g of your favorite vegan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper

Top with
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1-2 bell peppers, sliced into 1 inch julienne
HOT italian tempeh sausage (link above)

Use whatever base you have, pizza dough, french bread, large lavas, thick pita, heck even english muffins work. Be as creative as you want. The world is your kitchen.

This makes a perfect blue plate special 🙂

    I used to work for an eyeglass store you may need to get your frame arms heated and refit
    You should never have to push them back on your nose
    When removing them use two hands always not one and try to put them in a case when removed

  6. Lavash bread is much thinner. This bread looks like Persian Barbary which is my favorite bread. I have never thought of making pizza with them. Interesting, what happened to the mushroom farm? What will happen to it when you move to USA? I have been telling all my friends about that endeavor..

    Not a vegan, but trying to eliminate animal ingredients for medical reasons, I had no idea how to make a simple sandwich without mayo, ham and cheese.

  16. You know what I do with brocollis? I cook them into water, then, take them out, and while they are warm, I put vinegar and salt on them, just yummmm!

I didn’t even have all the ingredients- I made the sauce and just put it over my homemade flat breads and because I didn’t want to wait to heat up the oven,I pan fried it on the stove-Just Fantastic!!!
