Cream puffs – Italian Recipes

125 g butter – 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon
250 g water – 1 cup
175 g flour – 1 1/2 cups
6 g baking powder – 1 teaspoon
2 g salt – 1/2 teaspoon
8 eggs

Combine water and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the flour, stirring vigorously, and return to the heat.
Add the salt and continue stirring for 5 minutes.
Transfer the dough to another bowl and add the eggs one at a time.
Finally, add the baking powder and continue mixing until the dough becomes creamy.
Place the dough in a piping bag and pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
