    ottimo lavoro chef, tutto molto veloce e coerente e pulito non prestare attenzione ai commenti negativi, di solito sono persone che non sanno come lavorare in una cucina, continua così fratello, ti mando un abbraccio da uno chef in Argentina.

    I love watching line cooks and sometimes chefs work. It’s not easy. I do have a few concerns thought about the touching of the his mobile phone with his gloves then working with food. Also l, I’m assuming the clams are raw. I could be wrong here but I would think between grabbing the sea food would require gloves to be switched out.

    It’s is enjoyable to watch this though. And though I do not understand Italian it’s still enjoyable to watch

    What’s the point of wearing those gloves if you’re going to touch everything in the kitchen? Seafood, smartphone, fallen object and everything.. can’t believe that you are the head chef of that reastaurant with that hygienic sense

    you DO NOT wear gloves to handle food, u need a sink right next to ya and then u just wash your hands, is that simple, what purpose on a glove if u touch everything around with them? millions of bacteria and shit all over the food…
