Pressure Cooker Italian Roast Beef Subs

This tender, flavorful Italian roast beef is perfect for piling high on toasted sub rolls and topped with your favorite cheese and peppers.

Ingredients

* 1 (3-4 pound) chuck roast
* 2 tablespoons Shut Yo Mouth Steak Seasoning
* 6-8 garlic cloves, peeled
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 tablespoons Kendell’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
* 2 cups water
* 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
* 1/2 cup red cooking wine
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1 green bell pepper, sliced
* 1 red bell pepper, sliced
* 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
* 1 orange bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

1. Place the chuck roast in the pressure cooker.
2. Season the roast generously with Shut Yo Mouth Steak Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Kendell’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning.
3. Add the garlic cloves around the roast.
4. Add in the bell peppers
5. Add in the water, Better Than Bouillon, red cooking wine, and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Secure the lid and cook on High Pressure for 60-70 minutes, depending on the size of the roast.
7. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure.
8. Remove the roast from the cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded meat to the cooking juices and let it soak for 10-15 minutes for maximum flavor.
9. Serve on toasted Italian sub rolls and top with provolone cheese and sweet peppers
