   I always wish I could cook mentaiko, it's so good. But other than breaking the pasta in half, it all looks amazing

    Not that i care you broke the pasta, but i noticed in the replies you saying that it was the only way to fit pasta in the pan.

    Have you tried letting the pasta soak for a few seconds in the water (unbroken) until its bendy then just pushing the rest of it in without breaking it.

    I mean if breaking it works for you, that's cool, but i know for me that breaking it always caused a mess. Good video, instantly made me hungry!!

    Maybe replace the milk with cream cheese for a richer sauce?
