


First time ever making dough from scratch. The whole process went alright. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out ok but the dough was doughy and thicker than I anticipated for New York style once cooked.
I cooked it at 450 for 17 minutes using a pizza stone I had on hand and used a recipe that others swore by.
2.25 cups flower
2/3 cups water
1tsp sugar
1tsp salt
Yeast (of course)
5 min kneed
1 hour proof
Where did I fuck up.
