4 1/2 Cups Flour (Bread or “00”)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Yeast
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Cups Warm water (extra: 5 Tbs Water)
1 Tablespoon Diastatic Malt Powder
Pizza Sauce
1 Large Can Tomato Puree
3-4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
3 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Small Bay Leaf
3-5 Basil Leaves
Salt to taste
Olive Oil Seasoning
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tablespoon Italian Pepper Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Baking Temp
1st Bake at 500 Degrees 10-15 Minutes
2nd Bake 450 18-23 Minutes
Bake time will vary depending on size
