Trader Joe’s and Costco duke it out for the top spot in the $5 Italian pinot grigio sweepstakes. There is a clear winner here; one being an outstanding value and the other not being suitable for sangria. Pinot Grigio was a wonderfully popular wine in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s but has fallen by the wayside mainly due to most of it being unexciting at best.
