Homemade Lobster Cavatelli. This is was soooo delicious 🤤 super rich, deep, lobster complexity, it wasn’t fishy or seafoody at all, it had that distinct lobster sweetness. I was very impressed how well the stock turned out, imparting so much flavour so it snot just he meat holding up the lobstery goodness🤯
Cavatelli
4 cups (680g) Semolina flour
1.5 cups warm water
Sauce
3 Lobster Shells
4 cups water for lobster stock
2 Tbsp Cold Butter
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Shallots
1/2 cup White Wine
500ml Heavy Cream,
1 Lemon Wedge
