  1. POOLISH ( DOUGH STARTER ) –

    100 gm Flour
    150 gm Warm Water
    Yeast 7 gm
    Sugar 1.5 tbsp

    DOUGH –

    Flour 400 gm
    Water 175 gm
    Salt 2 tsp

    INSTRUCTIONS –

    1. In a bowl mix Warm Water, Sugar and Yeast. Make sure the sugar is dissolved before adding in the flour.
    2. Mix everything well until you get a smooth paste like consistency.
    3. Wrap the bowl and let your dough starter rest for at least 2-3 hours in a warm place. The longer the better.
    4. Once you see the dough has started to activate mix 400 gm of flour along with 175 gm of cold water and 2 tsp Salt.
    5. Mix everything well until you get a shaggy dough.
    6. Then take the dough out on the working surface and knead it for at least 10-15 min. This helps in creating the gluten structure.
    7. Once kneaded place the dough in an oiled up container. Cover and let it rest for an hour or until doubled in size.
    8. Once doubled in size, punch it down and then knead it for just 30 seconds and divide into 4 balls that's approximately 205 gm each.
    9. Now keep these balls in an airtight container dusted with flour for about 15-20 min.
    10. And your Pizza dough is ready !!

    TIP – You can also store these in your FREEZER for about a week. It should get rock hard, so whenever you want to use it just take them out a few hours before and keep it in the fridge to thaw. And if you have any questions feel free to DM me ❤️❤️
