Ingredients-

-16oz spaghetti cooked & drained
-1 tbsp flour
-1 tsp Cajun
-1/2 tsp mustard powder
-1 tsp garlic salt
-3 eggs
-3 1/2 cups milk
-5 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Colby Jack)
-Preheat oven to 350
-Combine flour, Cajun seasoning, mustard powder, garlic salt and eggs. Mix well
-Pour in milk and whisk until well blended
– add spaghetti and 3 cups shredded cheese, MIX
– Pour spaghetti mixture into greased 9×13 baked dish
– Top with remaining shredded cheese and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning
– Bake on 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
