  3. What I really miss in this video, but also in the written recipe, is t h e a m o u n t of lentils and t h e a m o u n t of pasta that should be used! It's quite a big omission to not mention this.

  5. To me, this dish is neither fish nor fowl.

    I'm eating it now, but not enjoying it very much. When I tasted the lentils with vegetbles while cooking them, before I added the pasta, it tasted much better! I'm sorry I added the pasta. And this really doesn't need any cheese.

    Next time I'll either cook lentils with vegetables in vegetable broth, with a dash of wine – or a good pasta with garlic and parmigiano reggiano (much better to me then pecorino romano).

  10. Did I miss the amount of lentils and pasta to put into the dish? There were specific amounts of the other ingredients but not the two most important ingredients.
