  3. I’m also not a fan of olives and anchovies, and capers 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ but these days I’m trying things I didn’t like before and find my taste is changing …. Your dish looks appetising, so you’ve convinced me to make it ❤❤

  4. Very nice video Vincenzo! One hint: Please dont use the blade of your knife to scrape ingredients into the pan – it will dull the blade prematureliy. Just use the back of the knive instead and no dull blades!

  10. Thanks Vincenzo. Good job., as always. Puttanesca is one of my favourites. I think I would de-seed the hot chilies, or use milder chilies! Also, I’d like to know why you say to wash the capers, as, to me, that would be washing away flavour?
