Sounds like an awesome wedding. My cousin did similar. She had her wedding in a cleared field and had a local pizzeria cater by making to order pizza for everyone out of their portable brick pizza oven that they built in the back of a trailer. It was awesome and your wedding looks like the next level of that. Wish I could have enjoy watching a bride and groom make pizzas at a wedding. Super cool.
