We are demonstrating today how to make a wood fired cheese pizza. This is great pizza recipe for kids and adults alike. This dough is mix of Neapolitan pizza and New York style pizza. This dough is a 5 day fermentation process. For Dough recipes visit
Start by stretching the dough. There are several ways to stretch the dough use the technique that you are more comfortable with. Add the tomato sauce. Do not per-cook the tomato sauce. It is best to use San Marzano Tomatoes. Continue by adding the cheese. We used a mix of Mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese. Cook the pizza in your ilFornino Wood Fired Oven.
