  1. I also wanted to note that the dough was very sticky when I added the 700g of flour, I had to add more flour.

  2. Great looking pizza. Based on the recipe I would say you took a lot of advice from Vito Iacopelli. Am I right? He is amazing.

    It looks awesome, if a bit on the high hydration side for Neapolitan. Poolish doughs are quite wet.
