These pork meatballs are a homage to my dad’s old Italian restaurant, Cibo. They’re easy to make, and the glaze brings the perfect sweetness to the dish. Ben x

  1. I would be definitely doing this if i would be back in Europe but in indonesia its a pain in the neck to get all these ingredients, or just order it online but at that point I'll just eat outside because it's cheaper and lightyears faster, albeit less tasty but at least I'm served and don't need to cook after waiting for days, getting hit with the transportation fee and then start cooking, at that point i already crave something else. 😂

  2. All pasta should be finished in the saucepan with the sauce? Is that the traditional Italian way with all pasta?
