


I know this will upset a lot of people here.. but it’s an idea that I had for a long time. Neapolitan pizza meets Mexico. Salsa verde, mozzarella, pulled pork and pickled red onions. I didn’t regret a single bite. 10/10 would eat again. Also, made with Lievito Madre.

Not pissed at all and will try something similar. I make a mean chili dog pizza and a taco pizza. No pineapple though. Ha!

I did a Oaxacan one with quesillo, flor de calabaza and chorizo, and also one with salsa verde, quesillo and onions. Delicious.
Pizzamoto in Brooklyn used to make this comboincluding pickled red onions. No pork though. Agree. its so good. Their cheese choice was fontina so moderate stinky + creamy to play off the tomatillos.
You even got the strobes out to capture the final product 😉 !
i would destroy that. people are only salty because they like to gatekeep the pizza form factor, not because it’s a bad combo in practice.
