Ingredients:
For the pesto:
โข Schezwan Chutney 1 cup
โข Peanuts ยผ cup
โข Ginger 1tsp
โข Coriander fresh ยผ cup
โข Coconut powder 1 tbsp
โข Oil 1 tbsp
โข Salt
โข Pepper
โข Lemon juice 1 tsp
โข Water tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Blend to a chunky pesto. Store in the fridge
Step 2: Cook spaghetti for 8 minutes.
Step 3: In a pan, heat the pesto for a minute. Add the spaghetti. Toss well.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped peanuts.
