White Sauce Pasta/White Sauce Pasta Recipe/Pasta in White Sauce

INGREDIENTS:-
-6 cup water
-1 tsp salt
-2 cup penne pasta
-butter
– capsicum,carrot(chopped)
-3 tbsp sweet corn (optional)
-1tsp pepper, crushed
-2 tbsp butter
-2tbsp maida
-2 cup milk
-2 cheese cubes(optional)
-1 tbsp chilli flakes
-1 tbsp mixed herbs.
RECIPES:-
*firstly, in a large kadai boil water and 1 tbsp salt & oil .once the water comes to a boil, add pasta.
*boil for 6-7 min drain off the pasta and keep aside.
*in a kadhai , heat 2 tbsp butter and saute garlic.add onion, carrot, capsicum and 3 tbsp sweet corn.saute for a minute or until vegetables shrink slightly yet remain crunchy.
*further, add ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.saute well.
*add 3 tbsp maida and saute on low flame.now add milk cheese cubes and mix well. and continue to stir continuously, sauce turns silk smooth and creamy texture.
*now add pepper,chilli flakes, mixed herbs and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
*now add in boiled pasta and mix gently.White pasta is ready to serve
