Easy pizza dough recipe | The Beauty and the Yeast
For 3 25 cm diameter pizza you will need:
Ingredients:
– 500 g flour
– 250 ml water
– 7 g dry yeast
– 2 tbs. oil
– 1 tsp. salt
Preparation Time: 10 min
Dough Resting time: 60 min
Baking Time: 13 min
Baking Temperature: 250ºC / 480ºF
Steps:

– Mix the flour with the yeast
– Add the salt, water and oil to the mix
– Mix until combined
– Put the dough to rest for an hour in a warm place (it should double in size)
– Split the dough in 3
– Stretch the dough with your hands, do not roll with a rolling pin
– Put your favorite toppings on the top
– Put your pizza in the preheated oven for 13 min.
– Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes or eat it hot, I’m not going to judge you 🙂
