
Hi, I really need some help regarding my pizzas burning in my Ooni Koda 12. I have had my Ooni for about 1 year now, and for the past 3-4 months all my pizzas have been getting a burnt bottom that is not very enjoyable to eat.
**Pizza Dough**

For the flour I have been trying both *Caputo Pizzeria* and *Caputo Nuvola.* FYI I have been testing out the same recipe without honey and oil all together.
**Oven**
The pizza in the picture was cooked on a brand new stone. I have measured the stone temperature to be anywhere from 400-500 degrees (750-930 fahrenheit).
Anyone have an idea of what is happening?
