ONIONS FRITTATA RECIPE – brunch Italian twist! #shorts



this simple Onion Frittata recipe is one of the dishes I like to prepare more often for my sunday brunch!

Frittata is a sort if Italian omelete, usually stuffed with onions. Other variations require other ingredients, like zucchini, potatoes, or mushrooms.

First I sauté the onions until soften abd traslucent.

After that, I whisk the eggs along with salt, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and the sauteed onions.

Finnally, I pan fry the frittatta, flipping it halfway with the help of a plate, until done but still juicy.

Done: easy, fast, and delicious!
