Chicken Cacciatore Recipe:
4 chicken legs (thigh and drumstick)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
7 cloves of smashed garlic
3 bell peppers mixed colors
1/2 cup black olives
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 28 oz can San Marzano Tomatoes
1 cup Chianti Classico (sub for pinot noir)
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
6-8 oz Crimini mushrooms
1 medium yellow onion
7 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely with olive oil, fried capers, and sliced parsley

Fregola Pasta Recipe:
10 oz fregola or another pasta of choice
3 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups salted pasta water
salt to taste

  1. We fill the pot with garlic oregano peppers and onions sliced thin with OO salt papper. Once it softens add sauce and diced chicken. DONE. Serve over rice. You literally need to fill the pot with peppers and onions. It's so amazing and healthy.

I can't remember which video of yours recommended Savora mustard but after months of trying to find it here in San Diego, one of the supermarkets across the street from me finally got some in stock and HOLY COW, it's freaking AMAZING! I used it on a quick roast beef sammich with swiss cheese, lettuce, red onions, tomatoes with ROSEMARY Salt and freshly ground pepper! Thanks for the recommendation!

  5. So I love this channel. I'm about to tell a small anecdote that may be offensive but bear with me.
    So I'm watching this video with my daughter (7) and she starts saying he's like Fred he's like Fred (not real name). Now, Fred is a boy who is sometimes in her class who has Down syndrome. Very sweet lad.
    I did explain to her that Fred actually has a disability and that that dude can cook might resemble Fred a little bit but that's just because we are still all humans and deep down the same even though Fred might have trouble sometimes with things she finds easy.
    This didn't work for her and she proceeded to tell me Daddy, his eyes are too close together. He's like Fred… 🤦🤦🤦 learning moment

  11. When I first saw this channel's videos (about a couple of years ago), I was turned off by his hyperactive and unique style. Little by little I'm starting to like his videos more especially if they're more relaxed and slower pace with less motion and more technique. One of my most favorite cooking videos on YouTube, in general, is this channel's egg cooking video using many different ways and styles….

    The channel now has over a million subscribers and has evolved a lot….
