    Your crust is way to dry/over done. Try higher heat and less time in the oven next time!

    Heat the stone under high heat broiler for 30 min,make sure you put it in the top rack to make it as hot as it can go,than when its ready turn oven at 500 or as high as it can go leave it for another 30 min
    Than you can put the pizza only the dough with sauce
    After a couple min take it out and add the toppings and put it back in the oven to finish it
