Everyone LOVED my new Pizza recipe! It’s super delicious and easy to make! This recipe turned out so good! Way better than I expected! The dough came out perfect! The mashed potatoes topping occurred to me after I made Vareniki (Ukrainian Pierogi). And I have to be honest, it tasted amazing! Ingredients for the dough:
►1 1/4 cup warm water
►1 tsp instant dry yeast
►3 cups flower
►2 tbsp olive oil
►1 tsp sugar
►1/2 tbsp salt

Ingredients for the toppings:
►1/2 cup Trader Joe’s garlic paste
►6 russet potatoes
►1/4 cup milk or cream
►1 tsp salt & pepper
►3 green onions
►3-4 strips of bacon
►1/2 yellow onion
►Fresh dill to taste
►1/4 cup sour cream
►3 tbsp white vinegar
►1/2 cup quattro formaggio cheese

Prep time: 120 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
