    Do you have advice or videos on getting the pizza off the peel? Ive made pizza 5 nights in a row and 4 times it stuck to the peel. Ruined 1 pizza night, the other times i peeled it off with spatula. The one time it wasnt a problem i used a stupid amount of flour that had to be scraped off the fonal product

    I want to try making a dough of That size one day too! As it changes from sticky and uneven and messy to this smooth and beautiful ball! I do it for 4 pizzas but wow! I’m scared with a huge dough.
