    my oven was probs too hot which led to the heavy char, i acknowledge that. haven’t made a pizza in a while, had some kinks in my recipe i had to work out (ie realising my yeast is supposed to be 0.1-0.25% and not 1%, LMAO). i also bought a turning peel which is a worthy investment.

    I may also suggest.. a bit less in the oven. Tomatoe looks dry
