Bolognese Sauce Ingredients:
Minced beef and pork meat 500 gr
Onion 100 gr
Carrot 100 gr
Celery 50 gr
Tomato sauce 500 gr
Olive oil
Butter 30 gr
Red wine 100 ml
Salt, pepper, basil, rosemary to taste.
Bechamel Sauce Ingredients:
Milk 1 l
Flour 50 gr
Butter 20 gr
Salt
Lasagna fresh sheets for 6 layers
Parmesan 100 gr
Mozzarella 200 gr
Cooked Ham 200 gr
Onion, carrot and celery cut into small cubes. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Add greens and simmer a little. Add red wine and let it boil. Add butter and let it melt. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, basil and rosemary and simmer over low heat for about 2-2.5 hours. Switch off. Heat milk in a saucepan, add butter and a pinch of salt. Add flour a little at a time, stirring constantly until you get the right consistency. Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater. Grease the form with butter. Add some bechamel sauce. Lay out the layers in this order:
First layer of lasagna: Lasagna sheet, bechamel sauce, Bolognese sauce, parmesan, mozzarella. Second layer of lasagna: Lasagna sheet, bechamel sauce, ham, parmesan, mozzarella. Third layer: lasagne sheet, bechamel sauce, Bolognese sauce, parmesan, mozzarella. Fourth layer: Lasagna sheet, bechamel, ham, parmesan, mozzarella. Fifth layer: Lasagna sheet, bechamel, Bolognese, parmesan, mozzarella. Sixth layer: Lasagna sheet, bechamel, some bolognese sauce, parmesan, mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Bon appetit!
