Ive been sitting with a disgusted face throughout this entire video. At least half of these creators must being doing this for controversy and getting views by triggering people like us that are actually passionate about food.
And I already had a field day today, with my sister triggering me by putting olive oil on the pasta and serving the pre packaged sauce seperately 👀 Just like my mom always does, which.. ok she's from a different generation, from when pasta wasn't a thing here were we live. I'm not sure where and how that generation learned about pasta's. 😅 It used to be potatoes, veggies and some sort of meat in a jus, 7 days a week. (still for my dad, he doesn't like pasta. The only Italian food he occasionally eats is a pizza when they go out) I am so glad to be able to learn from actual Italian people and their authentic recipes! Like you Vincenzo 😁 I love how passionate you get! 💪. The people in this video had me screaming just like you. 👀😬
It's vasnagol. The 2 problems I see here is most of this seems to be how to cook dinner in one pot. It looks sloppy but probably tastes OK. Second problem I assume everyone involved in these videos last name is either Smith or Jones.
Most of these videos are done by some Americans. Those people are so obsessed with food being so greasy, piled up and overwhelmed by ingredients that shouldn't even be there. No culture at all.
Horrific, but what surprises me the most is their confidence while preparing all that mess. Incredible.

I think people make gross meals like this on purpose because they probably generate a lot of views. Normal recipes are very common, but these aren't. As Coach Greg says, "spews for views!"

Oh my god! The first 4 recipes looks so terrible and I think it also tastes terrible. Event a 4-year old child without knowledge of cooking could make better pasta (taste and look).
And the last one was… I don't know what this is. Why the whole process to get worse pasta (instead buy some pappardelle)? On the other side she takes sauce from the supermarket (with some oregano)? That's the wrong way. It's better to buy good quality pasta in the supermarket (than bad selfmade) and combine them with good selfmade sauce.

These "pasta dishes" were awful to watch. Even I – not Italian – have managed to learn a thing or two about Italian cooking. One important things is respect for the ingredients and their flavours. Every recipe is carefully thought through and tested for generations to get the most appetizing dish from less ingredients than many used here and the exessive use of cheese doesn't make it more Italian. I still got a lot to learn about Italian cooking, but this was a horror to watch. Finally, a big thank you for making us stay on the right path when learning about Italian food and its rules.

I learned this trick from Antarctica, Take some round ice cubes and melt them in the microwave then take the water and pour it into square ice cubes containers and froze them again, and voila fresh square ice cubes

When I was little my Mother, two Nonna's, a Great Aunt and a Great Great Aunt all got together in October every year to make fresh pasta. Ravioli, linguine, gnocchi and Two large pots of meat sauce. These women wouldn't know good pasta if it jumped up and BIT THEM ON THE REAR, and anyone who eats it will need to stay close to a toilet. 🚽 🤢🤢🤢

I love to experiment in the kitchen, taking inspiration from dishes I have loved from around the world. However, I would never claim I learned it from a country and then make something as disrespectful as that last lady did. I think I should make a video of one of my dishes and see what you think. If you try it or watch it and don't approve, I will take it down. My channel is not monetized so I gain nothing but pride if you like it. I will make it Saturday night, Eastern time USA. I hope you will see it sir and I welcome your honest opinion
