Tiramisu is a classic Italian no-bake dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and incredibly light and airy mascarpone cream. It’s so simple to make. The mascarpone filling is made with egg yolks. That’s what provides a rich, decadent taste and thick texture. This recipe doesn’t use raw eggs. The top of this tiramisu is then dusted with cocoa powder to give a chocolate flavor. This easy recipe is truly the best homemade tiramisu!

My work fe makes me classic tiramisu

Using the sponge fingers is a bit lazy
She makes all her sponge from scratch!!
