INGREDIENTS (x11)
350 g of flour 0 or 00
230 ml of water
2 g of fresh brewer’s yeast
9 g of salt

METHOD
In a bowl we pour the flour, yeast, water a little at a time and knead. Add the salt and continue kneading until you get a smooth dough. Let it rise covered for 4 hours and then form the 50g loaves. Let them rise covered for 3-4 hours and, once ready, roll them out.

Let’s fry them. Stuff our fried pizzas and top them with mortadella, stracciatella and chopped pistachios. Enjoy your meal!
