Hey everyone! New to this sub. I used to be the kitchen manager of 2 Neapolitan pizza restaurants. We called these the fire wiener dogs. Thought this was one of the cooler simpler ways of keeping a very hot fire!

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble to see a “tool”?

So it’s like a super low Tuscan grill or something? Or are you just stacking metal bars in a grid? Looks like it would work great regardless!
