    Triggered? It’s an article about pizza.

    There are many people that don’t have the space, time or need for an oven that produces real Neapolitan pizza.

    This clearly is aimed as those people and will likely lead to more people realising they love making pizza and eventually entering the enthusiasts market for an oven.

    I use a cast iron skillet for pizza. Game changer. I don’t have space for anything else unfortunately.

    Imagine how pompous you have to be, as a Florida man, reading an article from the UK, about Neapolitan Pizza, that it “triggers” you in an emotionally disturbing way.

    It was a frying pan pizza ‘kit’ that first got me in to making Neapolitan pizza. Came in the post, a fresh dough and all fresh ingredients to then be stretched and cooked in a frying pan and grill/broiler.

    Without this as a starting point I probably wouldn’t be making the awesome pizza (IMO) that I make today.

    I do understand your point around tradition, but this kind of thing can be the starting point of someone wanting to learn about history and heritage.
