We went to an incredible winery called Bersi Serlini in Franciacorta, Brescia for a tasting of my absolute FAVOURITE Italian sparkling wine; FRANCIACORTA. If you’ve never tried it before this is your sign to do just that. I never seen it in wineshops in London when I lived there but probably because I didn’t know it existed until I moved here. We were lucky to get a private tour of the winery in English from an amazing guide, Marco, he was so helpful and made our visit much more enjoyable.
